I created this blog a while ago with the intention to document the ups and downs of living as a queer femme in a monogamous relationship. However, this is the first time I have actually posted anything. In the past year we have moved in together, purchased a puppy and ordered cable television. I am happy nesting in with my lover, but there are plenty of days when I crave to live independently. Lately, I have wondered why I can't have the best of both worlds- why can't I live independently and also have my monogamous relationship which makes me so happy? This blog will follow me on my journey to shake up paradise.
